A little clarity before you choose.
How are rental units counted?
Capacity is based on rental units, not addresses. An entire apartment rented as one unit counts as 1; five separately rented rooms at one address count as 5. Vacant units still under management also count. Planned archiving will exclude archived units while preserving their history.
Is the annual price paid every month?
No. Standard costs NT$990 upfront per year; Plus costs NT$2,990. Compared with 12 monthly payments, you save NT$198 or NT$598, respectively — about 17%.
Can I manage rentals after my AI allowance runs out?
Yes. Core rental management remains available, with no automatic extra charge. Allowance amounts, measurement and promotional periods will be announced.
What if I have over 80 units or need a team?
Contact us with your rental unit count and team requirements so we can discuss a suitable plan.
What do these prices cover?
These are individual-plan software fees, separate from rent collection or property management services. Tax, refunds, renewals and other service-fee rules will be announced before launch.
