CAN RENT / FIELD GUIDE

Tenant LINE portal

Bind a tenant identity, view bills, report payments and request repairs.

How does a tenant start using the portal?

The landlord creates a tenant binding code and shares it with the tenant LINE official account. The tenant binds in that account’s conversation, then opens the portal from LINE and verifies identity. The landlord assistant and tenant portal serve different roles; do not share the landlord account with tenants.

What can a tenant see?

Tenants select an identity and lease within their active binding scope, view related invoices, report payments and submit/view maintenance requests. Assigned split invoices are available only to their recipient; shared invoices follow lease membership. Portal access does not grant landlord workspace access.

Can tenants upload transfer proof?

An unpaid invoice’s payment-report form accepts a payment date, note and optional proof. Paid and void invoices cannot receive reports. The landlord still needs to verify receipt. Provide only information needed for that payment.

Why are no bills visible after adding the LINE account?

Adding the official account does not complete binding. Check that the landlord’s code was used and that the same LINE identity is being verified, then check the selected tenant and lease. Ask the landlord to verify binding and lease records rather than creating a management account.
